This sauce pours out of the bottle thick and slow, with a smooth consistency to it.
There is a certain stickiness to it that stems from the berries and plum, and many customers have said they use it for barbecuing meat.
The Garlic and Ginger just finishes off this flavour of Hot and sweet, adding a bit of tanginess to it.
Belicious Habanerry name was made up by Chef Bel’s 11 year old son.
