Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! Just return it to us within 14 days and we will provide a full refund for your entire purchase and delivery cost.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason (eg change of mind), we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us and ask for an RMA form
2. Send all items back to us using the label provided

• Please note that we cannot refund or credit you for delivery costs for change of mind returns.
